How do I cancel my subscription?

On your account settings page, click Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel with one click. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, no early-termination penalty. If you'd prefer email, just reply to your last invoice or use the contact form and we'll cancel for you. After the period ends, your venue's JSON-LD is taken offline and AI assistants stop seeing it. Your data isn't deleted — if you reactivate within 90 days everything comes back exactly as it was.

How do I switch from monthly to annual (or back)?

On your account settings page, click Manage billing to open the Stripe portal, then click Update plan. Stripe handles proration automatically — if you switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle, you get credited for the unused portion of the current month against the annual price. Switching from annual to monthly applies at the end of your current annual period; we don't refund partial annual periods. The pricing displayed in the portal is always the live, current price — never an out-of-date copy. If you have a question about an invoice, reply to it directly.

What happens when I cancel?

At the moment you cancel: nothing visible — you keep full access until the end of the current billing period. At the end of the period: your venue's JSON-LD is taken offline. The page at /v/{your-slug} returns a "this venue is no longer published" notice. AI assistants stop seeing your fingerprint on their next fetch (typically within 24 hours). For 90 days after cancellation: your data is retained intact. If you reactivate, your fingerprint comes back exactly as it was — same playlists, same daypart breakdown, same atmospheric signal. No re-import needed. After 90 days: your account and venue data are permanently deleted, in line with our privacy commitments. You'll receive an email reminder a week before that deadline so you can reactivate or export your data if needed.
