How do I import a playlist?

On your venue dashboard, paste a public Spotify playlist URL into the "Add playlist" field and click Import. The pipeline begins immediately: it fetches the tracks, matches each one against Spotify audio features and AcousticBrainz mood classifiers, and computes your venue's atmospheric fingerprint. A typical 100-track playlist takes 30–90 seconds to fully resolve. You'll see the per-track resolution status update live; once it's done, your /v/{your-slug} JSON-LD is updated and AI bots will pick up the change on their next fetch. The playlist must be public for the importer to read it — private and collaborative-only playlists won't work. You can use Spotify, Deezer, or our own playlist service; the importer auto-detects the source.

How do I change my playlist?

Two paths. Edit the same playlist in Spotify (or wherever it lives). PlaceProfile re-fetches your imported playlists periodically. Within a few hours of you adding or removing tracks at the source, your atmospheric fingerprint updates automatically. Replace the playlist outright. On your venue dashboard, remove the existing playlist (the trash icon next to it) and import a new URL. The fingerprint recomputes from the new track set. If you want a faster refresh than the periodic re-fetch, click Reimport on the playlist row to trigger one immediately.
