Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of PlaceProfile.us, operated by SiliconIslands AB. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. One Venue Per Location

Each PlaceProfile account may create one profile per actual, physical business location. Duplicate profiles for the same venue are not permitted.

2. Accurate Information

All venue information must be truthful and accurate. You may not:

• Create profiles for fictitious or non-existent businesses
• Misrepresent your venue's type, location, or characteristics
• Submit false or misleading descriptions

3. No Impersonation

You may only create profiles for venues you own or are explicitly authorized to represent. Creating a profile for someone else's business without authorization is prohibited.

4. No Spam or Manipulation

You may not:

• Create bulk accounts or profiles for manipulation purposes
• Attempt to artificially inflate bot visit metrics
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service in unauthorized ways
• Attempt to manipulate AI crawler behavior or indexing

5. No Illegal Content

Venue profiles must not contain:

• Content that violates any applicable law
• Hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Obscene or explicit material

6. Service Integrity

You may not:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service

7. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Warning and request to remedy the violation
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account
• Removal of offending venue profiles

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
