On your account settings page, click Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel with one click. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, no early-termination penalty.
If you'd prefer email, just reply to your last invoice or use the contact form and we'll cancel for you.
After the period ends, your venue's JSON-LD is taken offline and AI assistants stop seeing it. Your data isn't deleted — if you reactivate within 90 days everything comes back exactly as it was.
