At the moment you cancel: nothing visible — you keep full access until the end of the current billing period.
At the end of the period: your venue's JSON-LD is taken offline. The page at /v/{your-slug} returns a "this venue is no longer published" notice. AI assistants stop seeing your fingerprint on their next fetch (typically within 24 hours).
For 90 days after cancellation: your data is retained intact. If you reactivate, your fingerprint comes back exactly as it was — same playlists, same daypart breakdown, same atmospheric signal. No re-import needed.
After 90 days: your account and venue data are permanently deleted, in line with our privacy commitments. You'll receive an email reminder a week before that deadline so you can reactivate or export your data if needed.
